Guidelines for session chairs

• The session chair is the last speaker
• Each session should begin and end on time
• Each presentation should be given 15 minutes and 5 minutes for questions and change of room if any
• Each presentation should be introduced by the name of the presenting author and the title
• If a speaker does not attend, the original time schedule should be adhered to and not shifting talks forward

Program modifications​​

The program may change before and during the conference due to unforeseen events, last-minute cancellations or travel issues. The modifications to the program will be announced asap online and every morning during the conference.
