The scientific program of the Conference consists of plenary talks (45 minutes long) and session talks (20 minutes). The topics of the Conference include but are not limited to:

• Stability of dynamical systems
• Structural properties of control systems
• Optimal control, estimation, identification
• Optimization and nonsmooth analysis
• Control applications in technical, economical, biological systems

Working languages of the Conference are English, Russian and Belarusian. Oral presentations in Russian or Belarusian must be accompanied by visual presentation materials in English.
